Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Divide the dough into bowls and add food coloring if desired.
- Press the dough into shapes on a lined baking sheet using a cookie press.
- Decorate with sprinkles and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
