For the Crack Bacon Crackers

  • 68 Club Crackers
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 Tbsp milk, optional
  • 1 pound bacon, cut in half (17 slices cut in half)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix cream cheese and ranch until smooth. Stir in cheddar. Add milk if it seems too thick.
  3. Arrange crackers on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  5. Top each with a half-slice of bacon.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until bacon is crisp and crackers are golden.
  7. Cool slightly on a rack, then serve warm.

Notes

Thick-cut bacon gives the best texture.

Shred your own cheddar for superior melt.

If prepping ahead, keep assembled crackers chilled until baking.

Rotate the pan halfway through baking for even browning.

Air fryer reheating works beautifully.
